The Future Unshaken Gift

Do me a favor and let’s dig deep for just a second...

Have you ever doubted your future, what may happen down the road or what’s to come for your life?

Maybe you’ve even doubted your place in the world. You may not have found your niche yet or something you truly enjoy spending your time doing. What is your purpose here on this planet that we call “home”?

Or, maybe you’re just weary of things being shaken up, a wrench thrown in your plans of life and something going wrong, or even just going through an unknown experience.

In Hebrews chapter 12, we are told that God’s voice once shook the Earth, and that we can expect Him to shake both the Earth and the Heavens.

Digging deeper, Hebrews 12:28 specifically says, “We are receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, let us be thankful and worship our God.”

You’re probably thinking, “well, what does that mean?” Am I right? Me too.

this, we are told that God has a promise to shake the Earth and the Heavens, but not to fear because what He is bringing cannot be shaken.

You may be thinking “uhm, what?” It’s okay, bear with me.

Even though the unknown leaves many people weary and uncertain, we must have faith, believe in, and trust in what’s to come. Our Lord will take care of us, always! So have faith and find comfort in knowing that what’s to come will be true and sincere for us.

We are to be thankful for what’s to come, even the unknown.  Everything He is preparing us for will be reliable, stable and we can undoubtedly trust His every intention for our lives to come. It will not falter and will remain for us.

Now, take a breath because everything is going to be okay, I promise. Having faith in the unknown future is scary, but you can do it.

Reflect upon this scripture and trust in the Lord. Go forth, be prepared, and give thanks and worship, with confidence, that the Lord will deliver as he promised and remember to always Live Scripture Strong.
