Are You in Trouble?
Memory Verse
Psalm 118:5 - When I was in great trouble, I cried out to the Lord. He answered me and set me free from my trouble.

This week we’d like to encourage you to MEMORIZE the verse and hide it deep in your heart. That is what God’s word says for us to do.

This means spending a few minutes each day reading the verse out loud and then repeating it over and over until you have it memorized. By the third day, you should be able to say most of the verse without even looking!

Psalm 118:5 - When I was in great trouble, I cried out to the Lord. He answered me and set me free from my trouble.

When we remember to “call on the Lord”—we will be set free from challenges and limitations. It's often only when our minds have led us into confusion and distress that we remember to invoke our spiritual connection. But as we move forward in spiritual awareness, we can turn to the Lord always, without making the painful detours into distress.
